I am using Lenovo 3000 N100 series, laptop, last night i had this opportunity to install the window 7 Release 7000, but it was very hard luck for me that every thing worked ok apart for my sound drivers, although it has installed the drivers some how there is. However, my audio magically working after install driver from lenovo support site. The speakers and microphone would never have appeared in Device Manager.
